Who answers what
1red is responsible for the games, the payouts, the terms of play and every other part of its casino operation. This website is responsible for the accuracy of the reviews and the fairness of the comparisons published here. When the two overlap, the message goes to the right place only if the sender says which side of that line the question sits on.
That split keeps answers honest. A complaint about a withheld withdrawal belongs with the operator. A correction about a wagering requirement that was misstated belongs here.
What helps the reply
Start with the account name or the game title, then state the problem in plain words. Include the date something happened and the exact wording of any bonus or term that looks wrong. Screenshots carry more weight than descriptions, so attach them when the issue is visual or time-stamped.
One subject per message. A message that mixes a technical fault, a bonus dispute and a suggestion for the site takes longer to route and often gets answered less precisely than three separate notes.
Where the message goes
Everything typed into the form lands in the editorial mailbox, not in the casino’s support queue. The team reads it, decides which department it belongs to and forwards it only if that step is needed. Nothing is published, shared or passed along without a reason tied to the message itself.
Feedback about this website — a broken link, a stale bonus figure, a review that no longer matches the live product — is logged and checked against the current page. Corrections that check out are applied without undue delay. Suggestions that do not check out are kept on file but not acted on.
What never happens
- The form is not a complaint channel for the casino. Complaints about gameplay, deposits or cashouts must go to 1red directly.
- The form is not a place to request account changes, password resets or verification steps.
- The form is not monitored as an emergency line. Anyone in distress about gambling should contact a responsible-gambling helpline in their province before writing to a review site.
Handling of the details
Names and contact details are used only to reply and to keep a record of the exchange. They are not added to marketing lists, not sold and not used to build profiles. The record is kept as long as necessary to resolve the matter and answer any follow-up, then deleted.
Anonymous notes are welcome. A reader who wants an answer needs a way to be reached; a reader who only wants to flag an error can send the correction with nothing attached and it will still be reviewed on its merits.
Anything sent through the form is treated as confidential to this site unless the sender explicitly says otherwise. If the team wants to quote a message in a correction notice or a follow-up article, permission is asked first and the quote is sent back for approval before it appears anywhere.
